Description & Overview
Being a DIK is a choice-based visual novel developed by DrPinkCake.
The story follows a college freshman as he gets involved with university life, friendships,
rivalries, relationships, and the choices that shape his progress through the game.
Your decisions can affect relationships, points, and later events, so reaching different routes
can require a lot of replaying. These prepared save files let you return to specific episodes,
choices, and routes without replaying the entire game.
This page includes save files for different episodes and routes, persistent and transfer data,
gallery unlockers, and cheat files for PC. You can download the complete save package or choose
individual files depending on where you want to continue.
Always back up your existing Being a DIK saves before installing new files.
Season 1 & 2 and Season 3 may use different save folders. Do not mix files from different
seasons unless the instructions specifically tell you to do so.

Save compatibility can depend on the game version and the season you are playing.
Use the files that match your installed version whenever possible.
Being a DIK Save Games
The save collection contains files for individual episodes, alternate choices, persistent routes,
transfer data, and later Season 3 content. If you already have a save at a particular point in
the story, you can download only the file you need instead of downloading the entire collection.

How to Install the Save Files
- Download the save file you want to use.
- Extract the ZIP archive with 7-Zip or WinRAR.
- Open your Being a DIK save folder.
- Copy the extracted save files into the appropriate folder.
- Start the game and load the save from the in-game Load menu.
Note: The numbers at the end of the save folder name may be different on your PC.
Use the existing Being a DIK save folder created by your game instead of manually creating a
different folder name.
If you are moving your progress from Season 1 & 2 to Season 3, use the provided transfer or
persistent data as appropriate. Do not place Season 1 & 2 save files directly into a Season 3
save folder.
Being a DIK Gallery Unlocker
The gallery unlocker provides access to additional gallery content without requiring you to
replay the story specifically to unlock each item. Separate downloads are available for
Season 1 & 2 and Season 3.
are using. Do not combine unlocker files from different versions unless they are specifically
listed as compatible.
Gallery Unlocker Installation
- Extract the downloaded archive.
- Open the main Being a DIK installation folder.
- Go to the game folder.
- Copy the unlocker files into that folder.
- Launch the game and check the gallery.
Being a DIK Cheats & Guide
The cheat package provides useful options for players who want to change points, money, or
manage certain game choices more easily. It can also help with tests and choices that provide
additional points.
- Change points and money through the in-game cheat menu.
- View correct answers for academic tests.
- Identify choices that provide additional points.
- Access additional game and story options.
Using incompatible files may cause errors or prevent the game from loading correctly.
How to Install the Cheat Mod
- Extract the downloaded archive.
- Open the Being a DIK installation directory.
- Enter the game folder.
- Copy the cheat files into the folder.
- Start the game and use the available cheat options.
Troubleshooting
- If the save does not appear, make sure it was copied to the correct RenPy save folder.
- Make sure you are using the correct Season save folder.
- Do not overwrite your original saves without creating a backup first.
- If an unlocker or cheat does not work, check that it matches your installed game version.
- Restart the game after replacing save, unlocker, or cheat files.
